If you find that you are unable to adapt to the progressive lenses in your RX clip insert, we offer the following policy:
- Single Vision Exchange: We understand that not everyone may adapt to progressive lenses. Therefore, we offer a one-time exchange to single vision lenses at no charge if notified within the first 60 days from the shipment document date.
- Fitting Parameters or Prescription Power Adjustment: If there's a need for a change in fitting parameters or prescription power within 90 days from the shipment document date, we offer a one-time 50% discount on the replacement lenses. This includes adjustments to the progressive design or any other necessary modifications.
Please note:
- Any additional charges not present on the original invoice will be billed at full price.
- Credit will be issued upon the return of the old lenses.
- To ensure accurate and expedited processing of your credit, please include the original invoice number, date, reason for change, and the authorization number issued by Rudy Project.
