Spinshield Air / Kelion / Astral RX Clip

An adaptable option to fits the Spinshield Air/Kelion and Astral models. This is easy to insert/remove into the frame. The use of an insert option ensures your valuable script lens is protected by the poly sunglass lens which it sits behind and makes cleaning so easy. 

The optical RX clip is semi-rimless with NO frame around the bottom of the lens. Fitment is close to the plano (non-prescription) lens in your frame ensuring a seamless / sleek look without optical compromise.

A dual PD is provided with two numbers and represents the measurement of each pupil center to the center of the bridge of your nose in millimeters. An example of a dual PD measurement is 32/30. The first number corresponds to the right eye and second number to the left eye. You can also find your PD online with our new ordering programme

Once you receive your order, take the elements (frame and clip) to your preferred optometrist or visit one of our recommended specialist Rudy Project Optometrists.

The optometrist will then ensure your script is up to date and proceed with the fitting and cutting of your scripted lens to be placed into the clip.

Prescription RX clips can take up to -5 combined power in both - and + scripts and can be fitted for single vision or progressive/multi focal scripts. A comprehensive range of material and lens coating options are available to meet your personal or budget needs.

   - Lens material. A powerful prescription may require a hi-index more expensive 'thinner' lens. Some scripted lens material delivers enhanced optical clarity over industry-standard entry-level priced 'polycarbonate' lenses

The RX-Clip lenses are manufactured in Sydney at our Optical lab. Generally there is 7-10 working days from date of order till we deliver your product. If you have ordered a Spinshield Air / Kelion or Astral as part of the package we hold them and deliver the complete order together

Rudy Project do not offer rebates for health funds. We will supply an invoice with your order and you may try to claim with your provider.
